Come before the sun does

We open at half past four, and the seats facing the water are gone by five. Not because we're strict about it. Everyone on this island has worked out that the wall in front of the bar is where you want to be when the light turns.

The cart is small. Blue tables, plastic chairs, a moon lamp on each one, string bulbs overhead, and the whole Mindanao Sea in front of you. Free popcorn while you wait for your drink. It stays busy until midnight and a little past, depending on the night.

“Best place to view sunset in the seawall and the staff are all friendly and funny.”
Ryle T., Google review

What Stephanie pours

Classic mojitos, mango daiquiris, sours, margaritas and seven house Potions you won't find anywhere else on the island. Every cocktail has two prices: a local spirit or an imported label, same recipe, same hands, your call. Cocktails from ₱125, house Potions ₱200 each. Not on the list? Tell Stephanie what you like and she builds one for you.

No alcohol, no problem: mocktails and mango or banana shakes from ₱155. Hungry? Fresh sea urchin, crispy lumpia and a tropical fruit platter, made on the cart to order.

Stephanie

Owner and mixologist

Born and raised in Siquijor. She built the bar, wrote the list, and still makes most of what leaves the counter. If a drink has your name on it by the end of the week, that's her doing.

Joan

Front of house

The one who greets you, hands you the menu, and turns up with the popcorn before you've asked.

“Ma'am Joan surprised us with free popcorn. Such a thoughtful little gesture that made our experience even more special.”
